Shipping Information
All postal costs are calculated during the checkout process and are advised during the checkout process before you finally submit your order. Furthermore, all of our orders are despatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as standard.

Mainland United Kingdom - FREE
Europe - £3.99
Rest Of The World - £5.99
Delivery Timeframe
Providing you order before 1PM GMT, your order will be despatched the same day (Monday - Friday). In terms of the delivery timeframe, we assume that it will take 2-3 working days for Mainland UK, 5-6 working days for Europe and 7-8 days for the Rest of World.
Late Or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late in arriving at your doorstep then, contact us and we will check our tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery. As well as this we will provide you the tracking number so that you can check with your local sorting office. The majority of the time it's when an attempted delivery has occured and the postman has not left a calling card. We cannot be held responsible for any items after they have been dispatched. This responsiblity lies with The Royal Mail, who do not consider an item lost until after 15 working days (21 working days for International delivery). Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 working days have passed (21 working days for International deliveries).
Returns Information
We are happy to accept the return of unsuitable goods provided the following conditions are met:
The item(s) must be unopened and they must be in their original (undamaged) packaging
All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice (not a photo copy)
Goods must be returned within 7 days
Postal costs will not be refunded
It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods returned and returns should be insured against transit damage or loss. We can not accept the return of the goods if they have been opened for hygiene reasons. If you have met the following conditions and would like to return an item(s), please contact us via our online form. You will then be provided with a returns authorisation code and our returns address to return your item(s).
